Vantaggi

- Good tech stack - WFH / Hybrid

Svantaggi

- No proper training provided by Supervisors - Little to no guidance provided by Supervisors - Salary is not competitive - No career growth - Favoritism: If you are not the favorite, you will not get included in much projects and just be in one. Thus, you will not have a chance to practice and showcase your skills. - Learning opportunities are so limited due to favoritism. - Supervisors provide 1-on-1 talks with employees and they are just doing it for the sake of showing they "care" for their employees and not really listen on what you have to say. - You are on a sick leave? Nah, they will still message and call you and if they cannot reach you, they will ask your co-workers to do the same as well. They will prioritize the clients' needs than your HEALTH.

Vantaggi

* Hands-on experience from day 1 * Had some workshops regarding new tech or way of implementing things * Has approachable PMs and Team Leads that I can talk to for advise on work and projects handled (no matter how few they are) * Good for starting out in the tech industry

Svantaggi

* Not competitive salary; living on part-timers and interns and junior developers to save on money * Micromanagement * Favoritism on employees * Most Projects were R&D or got from close connections/family friend. * Higher ups that have no technical experience have ridiculous demands * Higher ups don't care for their employees
