There are no downsides I could think of

The environment is initially very welcoming, clean, and the job opportunities are exciting. Willing to train inexperienced employees, starting pay is not bad either.

Training was full of information gaps. Teamwork spirit and communications is not there. Rushing even new employees to complete jobs they still do not fully understand.
