Doesn't waste time with needless micro management, processes for the sake of having one. Developers/product managers/release management - respects QA, believes QA and have empowered QA. Company needs more Engineers, Sales, support etc., - virtually in all departments . Until recently, majority of recruitments (at-least engineering) were mainly done through Tintri HR search and referrals. We have high rejection rate.
