I didn’t see any pros during tenure

Mandatory 6 day work weeks, open to close 5 days a week, have to check in, run training classes 2 days a week after close of business, 6th day is half a day in stores the other half is going over business. ZVP encourages you to cuss out employees not doing their jobs, frequently using the F bomb themselves. Barely any training, just thrown in and expected to know everything right away! Never seen a performance review during tenure. If you ask for help you will never get a call back! They talk a good game call me anytime yet never there when needed. Promises never kept! Asking tenured employees to give good reviews on Glass Door so beware!!
