There are advancement opportunities both in the stores and home office that give you success. I like being empowered to think out of the box and not settle for status quo to keep improving.

      The retail industry moves fast, sometimes we move too fast. With the new leadership comes change. Change is hard for some and can make process improvements difficult to deploy.
