Close to residence, sometimes the pay until they screw up monthly commission and bonuses. Employee discount on tires.

- Lack of communication. - Regional management do not stand behind what they say and promise. - Extremely over worked 60+ hours with little pay. Only way to make money is by your commission and monthly bonus if they do t screw you over - They pay the tire technicians nothing I could go on but it's to much.

At Tire Discounters, our General Managers benefit from a 5 day work week, no Sundays, and the opportunity to grow their income with our base salary + incentives pay structure.
