Place did not pay me correctly or what was owed - Recensione dipendente - Sales Manager presso Tire Discounters

The company did not onboard for three weeks. Then was told I would be making more then was shown at the time, but was told it would be taken care of. It was never corrected! I was very patient in the process as the regional manager appeared to try to help. I was told I would receive my back pay and it was never corrected! I qualified and was promised my bonus which I never received! Was told they had it corrected and would send the new offer letter over which I never received. The corporate office in this company appeared to be ran horribly. The worst part of this is I was not the only one that was owed money. There at least two to three other guys in that location dealing with similar issues. The company is clearly not running properly as payroll should never be a issue. I have never worked for a company that is unwilling to pay their employees.
