Good culture, with great staff. Not too many big personalities, everyone generally gets along very well. Flexible work hours, choose either 9-5 or 9:30-5:30, with 1 day WFH. Company pays well and has a staff holiday (abroad) bonus if company targets are achieved.

Svantaggi

Whilst the on the job training is pretty well run, it does have room for improvement. Further CII broker development is encouraged & funded by the company, but mainly left to individual drive & self-study in own time. Modest size brokerage, therefore career progression can be limited once you get to the Senior Broker level. No big company perks such as private Health Care/Dental.
