Free parking, flexible vacation time depending on supervisor, some good knowledgeable people. Learned a lot from a few people who really cared about the industry and the products. Tuition reimbursement is a good perk as they'll cover 100% depending on grades. Plenty of work coming in the door and some cool products being made that will keep the company flowing going forward.
Svantaggi
Upper and middle management is flat out awful. Can't be bothered to listen to the floor or supervisors. Hamstrung into the new corporate approach from down south. Floor employees are rode into the ground and paid poorly.
