The management in SC is so out of touch with the plant. They are hardly around, make rash decisions based on few facts, do not actually care about the employees, there is no sympathy for hardships. Management turnover in the plant makes the employees distrustful and not confident anyone will be around long so they don't bother speaking to them, this is from headquarters calling shots without actually knowing the situation. Nobody has much of a chance of lasting here. It used to be a really great place to work and it has turned into such a mess with out of touch leadership
