At Together we are fortunate to have great colleagues who work collectively to support customer outcomes and deliver good results for the business. I'm assuming that the comment about understaffed and overwhelmed relates to volume of work. We've taken lots of steps in recent times to change and improve existing processes, multi-skill colleagues to smooth spikes in activity and have commenced work on system transformation that will deliver a number of efficiencies. These efficiencies will enable colleagues to spend their time doing value add, interesting work and removing some of the more administrative/routine tasks.
