Very negative environment - Recensione dipendente - Field Applications Engineer presso Tokyo Electron

Disorganized and constantly changing roles, negative/hostile working environment. I have never been treated so terribly by coworkers with no repercussions. Understaffed to an absurd extent, everyone lives in cliques and talks negative about eachother as a culture. Working hours expected are unreasonable with salary. Also very little to no training or instruction but expectations are high. I felt miserable going to work each day.
