Found the internship to be a good learning experience and first insight into the business. Learned a lot!

Didn't seem like a lot of opportunity to move up in the company.

you gain a wealth of understanding of print design, see it as a 'crash course' so to speak introduction into the field. work is extremely varied and you are learning new techniques every other day to help in your progressive print learning. HOWEVER, this all comes at a cost, as the company operates in COMPLETELY the wrong manner in terms of employer/employee relationships. There is definitely a sort of totalitarian aspect to working there- head down, don't ask questions, and definitely don't ask for water......

People are literally scare-mongered into working their buts off for abysmal pay, no benefits, and a downright rude and quite scary boss ..
