The fakeness and politics of senior management. One of the directors is the most two-faced person I have ever met. She shows the world she is a pleasant, kind and caring employer but really she is a bully. I have never met someone so mean John is such a nice man and shows signs of care until the lady boss gets involved and fires get lit. There is someone that cries weekly in that place. No one can say anything as most employees are bounded to the place due to work Visas etc so the lady director uses this to her advantage. I hope someone from Employment NZ audits them and pulls them up for an unhealthy environment and workplace bullying. They always fail to pay employees on time too. Happens way too often. Their excuse is always oh the clients haven't paid us yet, we are sorry we will sort it soon and then you are left hanging till they can pay you. There is always restructures because once the lady director decides she doesn't like someone, they need to go. Definitely the worst workplace I have worked in.
