Burnout was common and never truly addressed. Expectations were often unrealistic, and there was little regard for work-life balance. Layoffs and terminations were handled poorly—often done quietly without acknowledgment or communication to the wider team (feels like a revolving door). Very little investment in employee growth or career development. I was there for 3+ years and it set me back professionally. A lack of transparency from leadership created a culture of confusion and mistrust. Major decisions were often made behind closed doors.
