Day-to-day is iterative and can feel more like a help desk than analytical thinking. Support is never ending and there is very little downtime. Work gets repetitive after a while. Is a startup and feels like it, but that could be a pro for you. Company communication could be better.

* I work remote which is nice. Office is PT so I'm ahead. * Smart people on my team push you technically * Product is something people (parents, providers) actually use * I've learned a lot working with bundling, linting, testing, releasing

* Performance process will push for evidence of code contributions... Output driven work. * Agile development methodologies aren't for everyone * Sink or swim corporate environment * While a pro fully remote isn't always ideal, I miss being with colleagues and see them every day.
