Fast paces and difficult to hire staff to cover needs.

Lots of events, great hours for retail, fun environment, great entry level position for fashion. Stayed way to long because of the people. Really amazing stylists and support employees that work here.

Like other reviews mention, there’s really no room for growth here. The company tends to hire externally rather than promote from within, which isn’t uncommon, but middle management is misleading. The newer owner is older and very numbers focused, so he doesn’t really understand or care about what happens on the sales floor. Middle management gets a lot of pushback from employees, and I can say I didn’t enjoy working with them either, but I think the bigger issue is the owner and middle management is just trying to do their best. There’s a huge disconnect between the corporate office upstairs and the retail floor. There’s also a lot of drama and the pay is low, but unfortunately both of these negatives are pretty standard in retail.
