I had alot of responsibilities and I was always busy. I built strong relationships with our contractors and our employees. I was always learning new things.

There were times when I had to show up on the job site in the middle of the night and do manual labor because a worker failed to show without providing any notice. Then I would go straight to the office after completing the project that was a night shift scheduled project.
