Every year since Constellation acquired Top Producer (2021), there have been about 2 mass layoffs each year in most departments so even if you move up, you probably won't last. Morale has been at an all-time low since WFH started in March 2020 and the higher-ups do not care about improving it. With the lack of employees and no regard from higher ups, critical data loss and system malfunctions have occurred and will continue to occur as this continues. It seems as though Constellation plans to slowly phase out Top Producer and take what they can to use for Market Leader (one of TP CRM's direct competitors that is also owned by Constellation). A lot of the benefits that came with being owned by Move Inc (e.g. tuition reimbursement, free swag, medical coverage) is either gone or not as good under Constellation.
