I have moved from Back-end engineer role to Team Lead to Engineering Manager, where I'm responsible for a set of teams. We've gone through a lot of transformation while growing the business and company, so one thing for sure - it will never was and probably ever be boring at Toptal. Working remotely not only gives flexibility, but also puts you into something similar of "NBA for business", where you get to work with world-class peers, reports and leadership.
