Good coworkers on the floor. Stable work with consistent hours. The facility is clean and modern. If you just want to clock in, turn your brain off, and clock out without ever being challenged, this is the perfect place for you.

Three years in and raises barely keep up with inflation. You want to learn a new machine? Here's an extra ten cents. Not a typo. Management celebrates record profits at town halls while floor workers see pennies. They opened a whole new sauce department that was planned for two years and when it came time to post it as a new position to apply for, they still couldn't tell us the potential pay increase in front of everyone. No structured career path. You're not moving up here, you're just moving sideways. More responsibilities, more machines, same pay. The WMS is slow and buggy, inventory counts are constantly off, and when you flag it nobody seems to care. The B Corp certification looks great on the website but ask anyone on the warehouse floor how much "Opportunity for All" they're actually seeing.
