      When you first start you feel truly included and that you can build a relationship with your peers and with Tania Torres. The first few weeks she will be kind and gracious, then if you get on her bad side or disappoint her ONCE and you're stuck walking on eggshells.

      As the other reviews state, Tania's mood can change at the drop of a hat. She will cherry pick which policies to enforce that benefit her at the time, and will show no remorse for the verbal abuse she puts her employees through. I believe she pressured one employee who preferred using public transportation into buying a vehicle and then shortly after fired them.

Our new HR department now creates, upholds, and ensures our policies are enforced throughout the company.
