      -Directly work under the highest senior managers. -Tortoise highly values its employees from top to bottom. -AUM growing very quickly. -Unlike most jobs in finance, this is one that genuinely helps people. -Great hours, especially for a finance job. -Paid for gym membership. -Ian (founder) randomly decides to buy lunch for the office. -Company sponsored events and softball team.

      -Entry level pay is good but not great. However it increases rapidly.
