      Overall Gurgaon office is good. Torus Group as a whole has been marking its presence significantly in the insurance sector and the global offices are providing quite healthy environment for their employees to flourish.

      Gone are the days when Torus Gurgaon used to be a much professional entity. It has become more of a family-run business now where both decision-making and execution takes place with no people's interest in mind. Favouritism is at its peak and Services have been deteriorated largely.

      Engaged and receptive leadership. Product innovation is supported and sought. Incredible health and welfare benenfits. Co. provided dronks (coffee, tea, soda).

      I have been with the company for six months. In that time seven individuals have resigned including the SVP that hired me. I stuck around to see if the acquired company, Torus would live up to expectations. No such luck. There are no systems, morale is horrible and if you are not part of the "In Group" you are doomed. What a learning experience this has been and remains. The culture is not one I am proud of or with to be a part of, whereas individuals are not valued or recognized if they are not part of a clique. It is rather interesting when you are accustomed to traditional organizations where your contributions are the focal point.
