      I'm not sure I can think of any pros. Nice people in the HR department. That's about it though. Useless from top to bottom.

      Utterly useless management. I'm a former employee. No training offered that was worth a tuppenny damn, no leadership from the department heads and they kept losing anyone who was talented but not very willing to suck up to the management. I felt constantly frustrated during my time there as I felt that I never had any support from my line manager.

      Engaged and receptive leadership. Product innovation is supported and sought. Incredible health and welfare benenfits. Co. provided dronks (coffee, tea, soda).

      Location in Jersey City is very nice.

      I have been with the company for six months. In that time seven individuals have resigned including the SVP that hired me. I stuck around to see if the acquired company, Torus would live up to expectations. No such luck. There are no systems, morale is horrible and if you are not part of the "In Group" you are doomed. What a learning experience this has been and remains. The culture is not one I am proud of or with to be a part of, whereas individuals are not valued or recognized if they are not part of a clique. It is rather interesting when you are accustomed to traditional organizations where your contributions are the focal point.
