-unrealistic expectations of new employees -super messy/dirty office, mouse traps everywhere!!! -no proper onboarding and no guidance or training from other employees (you have to figure everything out on your own and absorb the mistreatment you receive when you make mistakes during this process) -completely disorganized (everything is late, everyone is scrambling all the time and no one is ever on the same page, no one wants to take responsibility for anything) -upper management is catty, rude and disrespectful (environment is beyond toxic) -very high turnover
