Everyone at Tory Burch really embodies the core values of the company. Everyone I’ve worked with is kind, compassionate, collaborative, and usually very good at their job as well.

Svantaggi

Depending on your department, there are tight turnarounds and a lot of last minute requests. I find management can be a bit demanding despite wanting you to have a good work-life balance. There are a lot of communication issues which leads to some issues in execution.
