While the company has had its growing pains, the executive team is really listening to the employees and are making huge strides to make this one of the most exciting success stories in the Twin Cities and beyond. They have not been afraid to make the tough choices as of late and it is great to see. Employees are increasingly empowered to explore and grow and be the "total expert" in their job. The CEO sends us messages encouraging us to take care of ourselves and our families and genuinely cares about our well-being in one of the toughest periods of time.
