Vantaggi
- Often said, and true: those in the "trenches" are awesome. Many lifelong frienships have been made - The benefits are pretty good now, including 401K match - We do make a difference in the industry. Our customers gain value from our product
Svantaggi
I can't deny what's been said in other previous negative reviews. The revolving door of leadership, the lack of empathy from the top, scattered vision and product. I think this will work itself out eventually but it's hard to want to stay in the current environment. The new president talks about making people successful and happy, but the priorities currently are to run people ragged internally so they are too exhausted to do anything but fall in line. It's hard to believe anyone will be able to make positive changes soon at TE, though it's desperately needed. Main cons: - Lack of improvement on central product - long time gripes of our customers and internal employees continue to be deprioritized or ignored (reporting, customizable CRM, core print/marketing improvements, wholesale) in order to prioritize expansion into sectors we aren't prepared to accommodate or support (consumer direct, banking) - Tolerance to allow customers to verbally abuse employees because their ARR is too high to lose - Cross departmental silos - they keep saying they have broken them down but every week more layers are added so it's nearly impossible to work with other teams, which means our customers issues don't get resolved in a timely manner, so they suffer (and customer facing teams suffer too)
