I don’t believe the current compensation fully reflects the responsibilities and workload associated with many positions, and I believe several roles would benefit from a more competitive starting salary. I also believe compensation and raises for non-sales positions should be reevaluated on a consistent basis, such as every 6-18 months, to better recognize employee performance, experience, and increasing responsibilities over time.
