I didn’t know a thing about logistics when I started, I’ve been in sales for 13 years and was nervous when week 12 came around and I got to prospect over the phone talking to businesses, and it was first time ever in my career I got nervous. I had a great broker to train me, and supportive people in the office to help as well. I now have been with the company 3 years and majority of us are a close family. I tell everyone when they start, you will be the reason you are successful or the reason you fail. You have to be the one to do the work!
