There's a lot of paperwork you need to fill out and call IVR for national account work orders. Sometimes dispatchers are not performing well enough.

They have good BBQs and actually want their field staff to be included.

Low pay, high stress. No real chance for advancement. If you're a diligent employee you will end up taking on other people's jobs, which means you get more work and the same pay and have to watch your coworkers get away with slacking. Very demoralizing.
