The bank has a lot of potential to grow and it has an opportunity to create a positive and rewarding employee culture if they start valuing their current employees.

Benefits are no longer what they used to be and the pay is not competitive. There's no flexibility with schedules. There's little opportunity for advancement; unless you know someone. There's no training available; training department was eliminated. There were a lot of layoffs in recent years and many people who dedicated 10+ years of their life to the bank were let go. There's also a lot of employee turnover.
