There is a very cool product here. The teams have lots of brilliant developers and designers. I’ve learned so much here from my colleagues and coworkers at the same level of the organization as me.

There is absolutely no management above managers and below the top of the company. It is functionally anarchy. There are major re-organizations and departures regularly.

I can feel your frustration, and I regret that you perceive the company this way. I always say that change is hard, and we are on a journey to change and drive a new wave of growth for the company. This may be what is causing some of your perceptions. Through OKRs and our monthly all hands, we expend a lot of energy setting and communicating the priorities, so it is disappointing that this isn't registering . You appear to be in our product development organization. While it is clear you aren't happy, I am pleased that as we have grown the team by almost 40% in the last 10 months, our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is 43, and anything above 30 is considered good.
