I would absolutely not advise taking an offer from here unless you’re desperate. I tried to have compassion for the owner and his unorthodox practices, but this place is horribly managed, hence the constant turnover. It’s a shame because the owner has a great vision and the business has potential. I sincerely hope they get the help they need so that they can better foster employee loyalty and growth, which in turn will help the business flourish.

Great co-workers is about as far as it goes

THE OWNER GUY IS A LOSER! He belittles you, makes you feel like garbage if you don't do something his way. He has the "I'm always right" mentality. I worked there for 8 weeks and had enough of his sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, racist remarks that I had to quit. He's honestly disgusting and if any other review says otherwise, its a paid lie. WORK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
