Whether you have 20 years of experience or are a new grad, leadership makes it clear that age isn't a factor when it comes to scope, and that they reward those who step up. They don't just promise a reward and fail to execute on it, they actually follow through by offering career growth at a pace that is extremely rare. Truthfully, if you are a top performer and want to be rewarded for the work you put in with a better title, higher salary, and more equity, Traba offers all of that. You simply need to put in the work. I wouldn't sit here and say it isn't tough at times, but you are given one life, so why not be the best version of yourself? When it comes to career growth, ownership, cash, and equity, Traba delivers.

Work life balance can be tough at times, but if you want to be the greatest and create generational wealth, you need to sacrifice work life balance while you don't have real responsibilities and can just build. The hours are tough, the pressure is real, you will be challenged, and you will see people who can't handle the environment. That's fine, because truly it isn't built for everyone, otherwise there would be a company like Traba on every corner. Over time, work life balance has become more realistic compared to when I first started.
