CEO is rude and disrespectful to staff, not open to new ideas, only wants things done their way Such an unprofessional organization Poorly run company, don't really care about employees anymore Keeps laying people off so there is noone good left in management If you are a friend of the family or family, you are set with a job Disorganized and don't know what they are doing CEO needs to step back and let others lead before everyone quits and you lose more customers Provide better training - not just CEO talking non-stop to everyone.
