Nepotism, founder-syndrome, and toxic workplace abound. Have you been promised a full time position by these folks? Don't count on it. They are unreliable, chaotic, and disorganized- and they seem to take pride in it. "Complex systems break down sometimes" is what I was told when I got laid off. They pay barely over minimum wage, ask the world from their workers, and there's little to no on-the-ground supervision to give them quality assurance.
If you're trying to work here, take heed- these people will absolutely screw you over as soon as they decide they don't like you. Forget this place, and forget trying to advance in this company. It's a sinking ship anyway. Trackers is the pits!
