      The most incredible curriculum for outdoor education I’ve ever seen. Nature awareness, bushcraft, archery, live action role playing, axe throwing, and more— it’s every kid's dream. Attracts some of the most unique, talented, and passionate people I’ve ever met.

      Abuse, disrespect, toxicity, and mismanagement from the administrators/owner pushes out the skilled people that want to work here.

      -some of the processes/computer data bases/systems seem like they could use some improving but I don’t know a lot about this.

      It was fun to be outdoors doing fun things.

      There were many communication issues with upper management. There isn't much room for growth. It requires a huge commitment and it can be hard on the body.
