Svantaggi

If you don't want to travel to see your customers in person, it's not for you. Can't hang out in the basement and do well as a seller here - gotta get out and see the customers.

The founders are still very involved which can add a level of difficulty. Expectations are very high so this is not the place to be if your biggest concern is PTO or work life balance.

Good salary. Remote work with many opportunities to meet in-person or go to the offices. Top tier product and engineering team. Really brilliant and innovative colleagues. Investment in good tools and training to help you sell or manage customers well.

Svantaggi

Started to feel very "cliquey". There was an in crowd and out crowd, depending mostly on your relationship with C-level leadership. Priorities and decisions made very quickly and rashly, which leads to overwork or re-work on big projects along with employee turnover (both voluntary and involuntary). Just 1% 401k match and basically no parental leave.
