Promote from within..... Yeah Right!!!!! - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Store Manager presso Tractor Supply

I possess a B.S. degree in Marketing and have had in excess of 24 interviews in the past 3 years with Store Support (if that's what you want to call it). I have only applied for positions I am qualified for. I have been told No all 24 times. Pay is way below the national average. Hours are horrible. They stress a work life balance in there mission and values however they do not believe it. Too much is expected with no help allowed and definately not enough pay I started out as an Assistant hoping to get to corporate. However it is obvious that once you are in the field that is where you will stay.
