      -Work environment is fun -Customers are friendly and willing to teach you something new if asked -Employee Discount -Paid monthly training

      Svantaggi

      -Low wages -Lack of communication between team members and management and District Managers -Low Hours ( Starting with close to 36 hours a week and after a few years being shrunk to 4 hours every other week, Happened to half our work force)
