      A company that prides itself on values has become very focused on drama and political bargaining. Lack of planning and fire fighting take all priority. Leadership continues to change, org changes frequent. People do not feel settled. Salaries poor.

      Great benefits, pay is manageable. The store bonuses are incredible. If you are a store manager anything lower it’s not any significance to a paycheck.

      Long hours there is no work life balance. Depending on who your district manager is a lot of them are very unethical. When you do not follow what they say they will find a reason to fire you. The company itself was great, but it’s the people they hire.
