I found this trade mastermind program on Facebook and signed up, believing it would help grow my boiler installation business. Initially, I was asked to pay £19 for a one-day introductory course. During the course, I was promised that they would help me generate customers and secure work for my business. Based on those assurances, I signed up for their full program and paid over £2,000. I was told that within one week they would start providing customers. However, it has now been over a month, and I have not received a single customer or job referral. Instead, all I have received is access to training materials, university-style lessons, and coursework. I eventually realised that they were selling an educational course, not providing the business opportunities they had led me to expect. I requested a full refund, but they refused. Their reason was that I asked for my money back eight days after signing up, while their cooling-off period is only seven days. I am now in the process of taking legal action to recover my £2,000 because I believe I was misled by the promises made during the sales process. Please be very careful before signing up with this company. Make sure you fully understand what you are paying for, get any promises in writing, and do not rely solely on verbal assurances. I hope my experience helps others avoid making the same costly mistake.

Never use this people for your business

I am relatively new here, but so far am loving the vibe. Yes, we work hard and yes, our CEO demands a lot from his employees, but he leads by example and has incredible energy and a great work ethic. We are generally well paid for this area and hard work is rewarded. I work with lots of super hard working and engaged people. Nice touches such as ice cream when it's hot, coffees, lunches and so on. Good Team feeling as everyone is office based. The positive of 100% office based is the ability to genuinely switch off; we have a documented holiday handover process and this was the first time for many years that I didn't work during my annual leave! You do need to have plenty of energy to work here, but it's a positive environment. I feel that my Manager empowers me to effectively do my job and manage my role here, while being accessible to guide and support. I guess the fact I'm waking up before my alarm and full of energy for the day ahead says a lot!

We start late and finish late (6pm) to suit the needs of the business, which does take some getting used to! There is no hybrid or remote working, but the Company is very open about this from the start of the recruitment process.
