Anyone above a Department manager is out of touch with there employees, there performance and evaluation system is worthless. Feels like a witch hunt when you work here, there is no job security, supervisors cant protect employees and Managers rarely do. theres never any positive improvement in this place, from the systems to the policys its always negative and makes everyones jobs harder and more stressful.
