There is some talent here and for most part people at the lower job levels are friendly. Good job security. Decent benefits.

This company has no promoting potential. Talented people stay in the same position here year in and out without any chance for being promoted. When there are positions available 95% of the time they are filled from outside the company. Upper management is not supportive of people moving up within the company. Management (PM) does not treat lower ranks employees with respect, instead expects them to be 'miracle' workers and to complete their assignments despite unrealistic planning.
