Amazing place to work - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso TradeStation

I am thrilled that I took the decision to join this company. I have a background of working with big fintech (10000+ employees) and I was not sure what to expect to join a much smaller company like TradeStation (< 2000 employees up to now); however, I might say that it was the best decision I have ever made in professional career. The company offers a wide range of perks (private insurance, annual bonus, WFH yearly budget equipment, 28 PTOs per year, etc. ) and a highly competitive salary. Since I joined, the company has shown a lot of fo respect, empathy, and care for the employees. 10/10 as an employer!
