Some of the people you work with are great, pay is ok.

Machines break down all the time, there is no engineer on majority of shifts and you get in trouble for trying to fix things yourself so have to stand about and do nothing or pack boxes all day. Supervisors are good guys but their manager is a bully who treats peopel like dirt. Has favourites and tries to get people to grass on each other, doesn't even make eye contact or say hello when he walks around.
