      Trafficware develops a good product and has a good reputation in its industry. Since it jettisoned its former family-ownership and installed a legitimate CEO, it has blossomed.

      This was formerly a family-owned and run business. Some of the family is still around in roles that seem to be very high-up, which on the surface is not a problem. But there is a strong sense of micro-management and they are going through some growing pains. There also is resistance to actually getting things done, from information gathering to actually implementing projects.

The company is professionally managed by a team that is polished, experienced and customer focused. Our CEO is a great leader who is always looking for ways to improve and go beyond customer expectations. Employees are rewarded for excellence and treated as an important part of the company's success. I wake up looking forward to going to work - it is challenging and fun. I am treated with respect and dignity. Management business practices are highly ethical and the moral compass is pointed in the right direction.
