The code stack is somewhat modern, though nothing cutting edge. Mostly easy to work with, aside from a few legacy outliers.
Everyone there is super skilled and easy to work with. The only downside is, I wish I were closer to everyone to actually hang out in person.

Projects are very chaotic with unclear direction. The general process seems to be a telephone effect from the CEO to the PMs to the engineers. The team tries to build the intended behavior, but then it changes or is miscommunicated and changed. Upper management is unbudging on this style of process, but I'm not sure anyone that does the work actually enjoys it. Eventually work gets completed, but after much iteration and tech debt.
